Cricut Workshop: How to Use Design Space 101 (John Lewis, Oxford St)
This is our most popular Cricut workshop, and the one we would steer you towards if you:
- Are considering purchasing a Cricut machine and would like to find out more.
- Have just purchased a machine and would like to learn how to use it.
It can be a bit overwhelming to know where to start, so in this workshop we will gently take you through Cricut's Design Programme: Design Space. You'll learn the basic functions, how to make a ‘Ready to Make’ Project, and how to design and make a project of your own. And we'll share plenty of hints and tips to revolutionise your crafting!
**Please bring a blank item to customise during the workshop. This could be anything Fabric (eg; t-shirt, bag, washbag), Ceramic (eg; mug, plate), Metal (eg; drinks bottle), Plastic (eg; phone case), Glass (eg; jars, bottles). If you're unsure, please ask! Please bear in mind your finished design will be simple and no larger than 25cm x 25cm. Usually a name/phrase and/or a simple image.
All Cricut consumables used in the workshop will be provided. Please bring your tablet, phone or laptop to work from during the workshop. You will need to have previously downloaded 'Design Space' onto your device (this is free of charge). Any questions, please contact us.
