What you need to make a Tablet, Phone or Laptop Case

Outer fabric
Lining Fabric

Sewing Machine
Needle & thread

Measure your device: L x W

Fabric = L * 2.5 x W + 4cm

Batting = Same as Fabric

Lining Fabric = Same width as fabric x ¾ length of the device.

Place the batting on the wrong side of the fabric. Fold 1cm over towards the wrong side on one of the short ends. Machine stitch in place.

Pin, press and stitch a double 1cm hem on one of the ends of the lining fabric.

Turn the fabric over and place your device on the fabric. Fold the hemmed end up ¾ of the way over the device, and pin down the side seams.

Remove the device and place the lining fabric over the top, lining the raw edges up with the top of the fabric/batting.

Sew all the way up one side, across the top and down the other side.

Turn right side out and press.

Sew velcro on to fasten. Ta da!
