Nice to meet you : Silvana from The Foodie Bugle

We love love love reading blogs and what's doubly great is when someone visits us or comes to a workshop and then takes the time to write a blog post about it! Have you blogged about The Makery? We'd love to know. 

The Makery on The Foodie Bugle
Silvana is a regular to The Makery shop so we were delighted to welcome her when she signed up to her very first Makery workshop - Learn to sew: Cushions

Silvana is keen to design and make a range of aprons, tote bags and tea towels for The Foodie Bugle shop so she decided to take the bull by the horns and come to one of our workshops to learn the basics.

Silvana writes: "During my course I learned all about the essential tools of the trade, hints and tips for professional standard sewing and how to correct errors. At the controls of the sewing machine I learned how to thread a machine needle, install a bobbin, straight stitch, reverse stitch, zig–zag stitch and pivot. READ MORE >>>
